How we handle your data.

Short version: we collect what we need to deliver your report. Nothing else. We don't sell it. We don't train on it.

What you give us

• Your email address, so we can deliver the report.
• The screens you upload, which we analyze and return to you.
• Any written context or documents you add to sharpen the analysis.
• Payment information, handled entirely by iyzico. We never see your card details.

What we do with it

We use your screens, context, and documents to generate your Huckleberry report and interactive prototype. We use your email to deliver them and to send you payment receipts. That is the entire purpose.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
• We don't train AI models on your uploads.
• We don't use your uploads to improve our pipeline without explicit consent.
• We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in.

Where it lives

Your uploads and reports are stored on Supabase infrastructure. Payments are processed by iyzico, which handles card data on its own PCI-compliant systems. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

How long we keep it

• Screens and context: 90 days from upload, then automatically deleted.
• Reports and prototypes: kept as long as you want access to them. You can request deletion at any time.
• Billing records: 10 years, because Turkish tax law requires it.

Your rights

Under KVKK and GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Write to support@brambl.ai and we respond within seven days.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to process payments. No advertising, no tracking, no third-party analytics sold elsewhere.
