Delivery & refunds
How you get it, and how to get your money back.
Huckleberry is a digital service. Your analysis is delivered within minutes. Refunds are available for 24 hours, as long as you haven't opened the report.
Delivery
There is nothing to ship. The moment your payment is confirmed, the analysis pipeline starts automatically and delivers your report and interactive prototype to:
- The email address you entered at checkout
- Your Huckleberry dashboard, under Your analyses
Typical delivery takes between two and seven minutes, depending on the size of the flow you uploaded.
If delivery fails
If the pipeline fails to generate your report and prototype within 30 minutes, we automatically retry the run at no extra cost. If it still fails, we issue a full refund without requiring a request from you.
When refunds are available
You can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as both of the following are true:
- Your report has not been opened
- Your prototype has not been opened or downloaded
We track first-open timestamps server-side so there is no ambiguity. If both deliverables are still untouched after 24 hours, you are outside the window and a refund is no longer possible.
This policy exists because Huckleberry is digital content delivered instantly under Article 15(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once you start the pipeline — the 24-hour unopened window is a goodwill policy we offer on top of that.
When refunds are not available
- More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
- The report or prototype has been opened, downloaded, or shared
- The request is based on a change of mind about the product direction, not a fault with the service
- The analysis covered screens you did not own or did not have the right to upload
How to request a refund
Email support@brambl.ai from the address you used at checkout. Include your order reference. We respond within 24 hours and, if your request is eligible, initiate the refund the same day.
Refund timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed through iyzico, our payment service provider. The funds typically return to your card within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank. Brambl has no control over the speed of your bank's side of the transaction.
Failed payments and chargebacks
If a payment fails during checkout, no analysis is started and no charge is made. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please email support before raising a chargeback — we can usually resolve the issue within a day, and chargebacks add fees and delays that hurt both of us.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and forms part of the Service Agreement.
