Service Agreement.

Distance Sales Agreement · Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi

This sets out the terms under which you purchase a Huckleberry analysis. By paying for an analysis, you agree to these terms.

1. Parties

Seller: Oguzhan Yay, trading as Brambl AI ("Brambl"), operating the Huckleberry service at huckleberry.brambl.ai.

Buyer: The person or entity completing a payment on the Huckleberry website ("you").

2. Subject

Brambl provides a digital service called Huckleberry. In exchange for a one-time payment, Huckleberry produces:

• A structured UX analysis report
• An interactive HTML prototype

Both deliverables are generated automatically from the screens and context you upload.

3. Price & payment

The price is displayed on the pricing page and again on the checkout screen before payment. Prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY), with a reference value in US Dollars where applicable. All applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed by iyzico, Brambl's authorized payment service provider. Brambl does not see or store your card details at any point.

4. Delivery

Huckleberry is a digital service with instant delivery. Once payment is confirmed, the analysis pipeline begins automatically and delivers both the report and prototype within minutes, via:

• The email address you provided at checkout
• Your Huckleberry dashboard

5. Right of withdrawal

Huckleberry qualifies as digital content delivered immediately under Article 15(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği). Because delivery begins as soon as you confirm payment, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the analysis pipeline has started.

6. Refunds

In short: refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, only if your report and prototype have not been opened. Full terms are on the Delivery & refunds page.

7. Service as-is

The Huckleberry service is provided "as is". Brambl does not guarantee that the analysis will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific business purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brambl's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis in question.

8. Disputes

If something goes wrong, email support@brambl.ai first. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve issues directly.

For disputes that can't be resolved between us, Turkish consumer arbitration committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and the consumer courts in İstanbul have jurisdiction, subject to the monetary thresholds set annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

10. Changes

If we update these terms, we publish the new version here and update the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of Huckleberry after an update means you accept the new terms.
